Dr. Benedicta Ideho Omokaro is a policy strategist, researcher, and digital infrastructure consultant specialising in the governance of technology, welfare systems, labour markets, digital public infrastructure, and Africa–Nordic policy cooperation.
Her work sits at the intersection of technology, society, and governance, exploring how digital systems (AI, automation, DPI, platforms) reshape access to welfare, labour opportunities, trust in institutions, and cross-regional economic collaboration.
She holds a Master's in Development & International Cooperation and a PhD in Social & Public Policy.
She consults for governments, foundations, universities, and organisations seeking to modernise digital infrastructure or strengthen policy capacity.
